BLUE SKY Home + Property LLC

Formed in 2020, Blue Sky Property LLC is a Hudson-based social entrepreneurship, its mission to preserve and develop historic properties as income-generating assets that are regenerative and self-sustaining. We capitalize on a site’s commercial, environmental, and cultural potential for ‘purpose over profit’ to preserve historic buildings, working farms, and the natural environment to revitalize communities and to safeguard our future.
